During the Mexican National Team’s exhibition game vs. Croatia this past weekend, Mexican striker Nestor Araujo suffered a fractured fourth metacarpal of his right hand. He was hospitalized and had successful surgery yesterday. It’s not known how long he will be out but he is expected to begin rehab in one week. Hopefully he will be ready in time for the new Liga MX year that begins in about 6-7 weeks. Araujo played for Santos this past year.
