Clausura 2017 Round 15 Results: Queretaro 2, Jaguares 2

In a match of teams barely clinging to playoff hopes, Queretaro & Jaguares played, at least on paper, about as even a game as could be played, as the teams all but eliminated themselves from contention with a 2-2 tie. Angel Sepulveda gave Queretaro the lead first in the 10th minute, which they took into halftime, but right after the second half began Felix Micolta got Jaguares even, but then the visitors conceded a PENAL! that Camilo Da Silva converted for Queretaro in the 54th minute. But Vanderley Dias would deal Queretaro’s playoff hopes a potential death blow with an 87th-minute goal to salvage the tie for Jaguares. The point keeps Jaguares’ chances on life support, but they too could be out by day’s end.
